The Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University’s Institute for Qualitative Social Science has used research to determine how to thrive in our fast-paced world. What we are discovering today via this study has actually been described in the Scriptures! Discover how to flourish in relationships with God and people, physically and mentally, financially, and in your purpose.
Flourishing Relationally
Week 1
We were designed for connection. Unfortunately, division, doubt, and conflict tempt us towards giving up or isolating because “hurt people hurt people.” Even still, we can enjoy life as God intended when we foster a healthy, growing, and intimate relationship with God and with others.
Flourishing Physically & Mentally
Week 2
We are invited to love God with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength. All aspects of our lives are interconnected. Becoming healthy spiritually can lead to the pursuit of becoming healthy physically and mentally.
Flourishing FInancially
Week 3
Flourishing financially seems harder and harder to do when inflation goes up and the stock market goes down. The Scriptures offer principles for wise money management even in difficult times.
Flourishing In My Purpose
Week 4
We are all created on purpose and for a purpose. Instead we may find ourselves disillusioned or discouraged as we wander around in circles trying to make sense of a life of meaning. With God’s help, we can find what we’ve been designed to become.
