Imagine how our city and world could be transformed if each of us who knew Jesus stayed connected to Him and shared our story with those around us. That’s our goal for Church Has Left The Building on July 6, 2025—to go out into our city and share both our story and Jesus’ story.
What’s the point of life? In this message from our series The Sessions, we explore one of the most important questions we all face: Why am I here? Looking through the lens of Genesis 1 and Matthew 22, we uncover what Scripture says about our design, the distortions we fall into, and the decision each of us faces. You’ll hear reflections on modern philosophy, cultural pressures, and personal stories—including how easy it is to make good things (like parenting or work) into ultimate things. But there’s good news: we were made to bear God’s image—to bring His goodness, truth, and beauty into the world. Jesus shows us the way, calling us to love God fully and love others deeply. This message will challenge how you think about purpose and invite you to live with eternal meaning in mind.

Regardless of age, it’s our goal that every person who enters our doors feels loved, learns a little, and has a LOT of fun! We’ve created excellent experiences for kids in hopes that they beg to come back next week!

Gateway’s vibrant student community is comprised of middle school and high school students in grades 6 – 12. Gen Z is a generation like no other. We consider it an honor to walk alongside them and guide them as they meet Christ for the first time or as they deepen their relationship with God.
